At first I thought this was a little expensive for a paper towel holder, but after using it for a few days, I completely understood the price. A few things I liked: Weighted base keeps it firmly in place Non-slip bottom works well on countertops Spring arm holds the roll securely and makes tearing easier Stainless steel finish looks clean and modern Feels much sturdier and better made than cheaper versions A couple minor things: The arm is a little stiff at first, but loosened up slightly with use Larger/thicker rolls can fit tightly until some paper is used Overall, I think it’s a really good value for the money and performs exactly as advertised. One of those kitchen items that seems simple, but once you use a better-designed version, you definitely notice the difference.

I found it weird that this towel holder came with a plastic box containing a fork and a spoon as a ‘gift’ but this will go in my car camping cookware bag. I don’t know how the brass finish will hold up over time but for now I’m very pleased.
